| The rnli inter pub football competition went to Logues of Cranford again for the third year in a row, despite all efforts by Thomas Mc Laughlin manager of the Glen Bar team who lost in a penalty shootout. All teams that participated had a great day and enjoyed the flair of the packed cranford side. Star players of the day had to go to the women with Catriona (Frank) Mc Clafferty who didn’t produce for the Mc Bride Fishing team but got into her stride when she was swooped up by the Singing Pub team, also Amanda Logue and Denise Doherty impressed the spectators in the final. We would like to thank all who participated and contributed to a great day.
